Returns

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, or consumables may not be eligible for return.

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products
